About the Role

Job Title: Human Resources Representative

Responsibilities:

Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
Provide counseling on policies and procedures.
Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.
Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
Conduct orientation programs and arrange training sessions for all new employees.
Coordinate HR projects such as meetings or surveys.
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR representative or similar role.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Experience with HR databases and HRIS systems.
Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ethical standards.
