About the Role

Job Title: Marketing Associate

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of the company’s brand strategy.
Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities and negotiate media coverage.
Traffic all advertising efforts to appropriate channels.
Develop and manage all internal communication systems.
Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.
Manage print contractors and other promotional vendors.
Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
Simplify complex data into a user-friendly format such as graphs, charts and other visual aids for clients and management.
Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
Entry-level to mid-level experience in marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Metrics-driven marketing mind with an eye for creativity.
Proficiency with SEO/SEM campaigns and digital marketing tools.
Experience with research using data analytics software.
Excellent computer skills, including MS Office, marketing technology applications such as web analytics and Google AdWords.

Requirements

  • Education:

    1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

    Experience:

    1. Entry-level to mid-level experience in marketing or sales. This can vary depending on the company and the level of the position.

    Skills:

    1. Strong understanding of marketing principles.

    2. Familiarity with marketing software and online applications (like CRM tools, Online analytics, and Google AdWords).

    3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.

    4. Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

    5. Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude.

    6. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

    7. Knowledge of SEO/SEM campaigns, social media, and digital advertising.

    Certifications:

    1. Certifications like Google Ads certification, Google Analytics Individual Qualification (IQ), HubSpot Content Marketing Certification, or Facebook Blueprint Certification can be beneficial.
